Article 27 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR requires non-UK and non-EU businesses to appoint a local representative.  It is a mandatory legal obligation for most business with UK or EU customers - but it is frequently overlooked, misunderstood handed poorly by companies that bundle it with services you may not need. 

We set up this services because we saw a gap: businesses needed a straightforward, affordable, professionally run representation services from someone who actually understands data protection in the UK and the EU. Not a virtual office. Not a compliance firm trying to sell you a DPO. Just proper Article 27 representation done well.

We do not offer DPO services, legal advice, compliance audits, or privacy consultancy. This is a deliberate choice: it keeps our service focused, our pricing fair, and our interests aligned with yours.
